Friday Night Cocktail

Once again the weekend is upon us, and we all can finally put our feet up, and enjoy a bit of much needed rest and relaxation. Why not treat yourself this evening with a berry flavoured drink that's the perfect mix of citrus and sweetness?

Ingredients

  • 25ml Finlandia
  • 25ml Cointreau
  • 1 Squeeze of Lime, and one wedge
  • 200ml Cranberry

Makes 1 cocktail.

Method

1)Fill a tall glass ¾ full of cubed ice

2) Add the ingredients stir well

3) garnish with a lime wedge and serve with two straws
