Summer seems to have stalled, but we’re determined to put a brave face on the situation (even if we are wearing tights in June) and this fruity cocktail is getting us in the holiday mood. Happy Friday!
INGREDIENTS
- ¾ Part Tia Maria
- ¾ Part Triple Sec
- 1 bar spoon Passion Fruit Syrup
- ½ Part Lemon Juice
- 1 ½ Parts Fresh Orange Juice

METHOD
1. Put Tia Maria, Triple Sec, Passion Fruit syrup and lemon juice in a shaker filled with ice and shake well.
2. Strain into cocktail glass.
3. Top with orange juice.
4. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
