Friday Night Cocktail: Baileys Snowflake

Baileys-Snowflake.jpg

London-based fashion designers and Baileys® style consultants Felder Felder have developed this festive cocktail for the party season. With biscotti, vanilla and butterscotch undertones, the Baileys Snowflake is a creamy concoction perfect for an indulgent Christmas drink.

Ingredients

25ml Baileys® Biscotti Flavour

10ml Smirnoff® Vanilla Vodka

10ml Butterscotch schnapps

50ml Single cream

Method

1. Add the spirits and cream to a cocktail shaker. Fill a separate pint glass with ice cubes, and shake the two together with a bartender’s flourish. Pour the mixture through the cocktail strainer into a chilled martini glass.

2. For an extra special touch…before pouring the cocktail into the glass, dip the top of the glass in a small saucer of water so that 1 or 2mm of the glass is covered.

3. Then dip the wet glass rim into a dusting of coconut shavings. Carefully turn the glass around the right way and pour in the delicious Baileys cocktail – being sure not to lose any of the coconut around the top.

UNITS: 1.1 per serve
