Friday Night Cocktail: Beetroot Daiquiri


It's National Rum Day today and to celebrate we've got a Beetroot Daiquiri recipe featuring Havana Club - the rum of Cuba, with vanilla and chocolate notes. Salud!


  • 2 teaspoons of white sugar
  • 20ml of Beetroot juice
  • 20ml of fresh lime juice
  • 50ml of Havana Club Añejo 3 Años
  • 1 cup of crushed ice


1. Place all the ingredients into a blender.

2. Blend for 30 seconds then serve in a daiquiri or martini glass.

3. Enjoy!
