25ml Bombay Dry gin 1761
15ml Martini "Gold" vermouth
15ml freshly squeezed white grapefruit juice
10ml gomme syrup
1 dash home-made bitters
Top up with Champagne
1. Shake ingredients together, serve in flute glass and top up with Champagne.
2. Garnish with an edible rose petal sprinkled with gold flakes and a white grapefruit zest.
