At this time of year, we're all pretty harried, so I've come up with five quick and easy recipes to make weekday eating both gorgeously pleasurable and gratifyingly manegeable. After all, it's when you're busy that you need the most succour from your supper. For me, this means pork with figs, tangy dhansak, salmon in a fragrant creamy sauce and pasta with sweet lamb sauce.
