PB&J Vodka - yum or yuk?

We’ve had chocolate wine and salted caramel cocktails, but now a new drink is taking flavoured alcohol to new heights with the launch of a vodka, peanut butter and jam combo.

Van Gogh Vodka has announced the release of its new Peanut Butter and Jelly flavoured vodka – a kooky twist on the classic American snack: the peanut butter and jelly (or jam) sandwich.

While it smells predominantly of nuts – allergy sufferers stay well away – on tasting PB&J Vodka, Van Gogh say the raspberry jam flavour begins to take centre stage with a velvety vanilla taste coming through on the side. We're not entirely convinced, but here’s to a few more American treats being turned into alcohol. We think cookies and milk, cookie dough and even doughnuts and coffee could work pretty well!
