Casseroles, stews, soups: the most filling and warming one pot dishes

There's a definite chill in the air. Which means it's time to start spending a lot more time inside, keeping warm. And what better way to do that with a warming, hearty dish? One of the best things about autumnal dishes is that they're generally very low-maintenence to make - pop everything inside one big pot, and Bob's your (culinary) uncle.

Take a look at our pick of cassoulets, soups and stews from around the internet, and we guarantee you'll be wishing yourself onto the sofa, holding a steaming bowl of one of these dishes in no time.
