A journalist and her boyfriend were violently assaulted in an unprovoked attack in Clapham, London, at the weekend.
Rachel England was left bloodied and bruised, while her partner remains in hospital with life-changing injuries. When she was told by police her case would be dealt with "at some point", Rachel made a direct attempt to catch their attacker - a video blog recounting the shocking ordeal and appealing for witnesses to come forward:

"On Sunday 14th October, 2012, a stranger attacked my boyfriend, my friend and myself on Forster Road in Clapham, around 1.30am. He looked to be in his late thirties, wearing a striped top with a body warmer/ gilet. If you know ANYTHING at all, please get in touch. Thank you x"
