After all the rich Christmas food it’s no wonder we all feel like we need a detox come January. If you aim to get fit in the gym, here are some deals to entice you to join up:

Results Weight Loss in Leicestershire is offering a 30 day, no obligation trial for £49. This includes a personal programme designed by the team of coaches, four fitness coaching sessions, unlimited group coaching sessions and gym membership.

Curves is a womens' only gym with locations around the country. They’re have two offers running in January: New members will get 50% off the joining fee, plus 30 days free membership, and the second offer is a free week trial of the new Curves circuit with Zumba workout.

LA Fitness is offering a no joining fee or no contract deal. So you can try the club out before committing to a longer contract or for those who know that they want to join LA Fitness, you don’t have to pay a joining fee (on selected longer term memberships).

PayasUgym is a new service that is launching in mid-January. It’s a free service, all you have to do is sign up, add money to the online wallet and it’ll allow users to visit any of their gyms on a pay as you go basis. No membership fee, gym card or joining fee, and there are over 100 locations to choose from in London and the commuter belt. This means you could go to one gym during the week close to work, another one on the weekend close to home, or if you travel a lot you can go to one close to where you are. Choose from a luxury gym that costs £35 per visit or if money is tight then they also have local authority gyms at £3.50 per visit.
