When George Clooney signs up to a project you know the results are going to be good, and this autumn's The Ides Of March (Clooney's fifth outing as a director, in which he also stars) looks set to follow suit. With an all-star cast, including Ryan Gosling (who is tipped for an Oscar nomination), Philip Seymour Hoffman, Marisa Tomei, Paul Giamatti and Evan Rachel Wood, the political thriller looks set for success.

Watch the trailer for The Ides Of March below. The film is out in cinemas on October 28.
