The ultimate food snob quiz

A recent poll of 2,000 adults revealed four in 10 defined themselves as a foodie. 

With more of us caring about the provenance of our food and the quality of the meals we spend our hard-earned salaries on, as well as turning to our own gardens for produce that is both cheaper and more satisfying than the supermarket veg aisle, just who wins the foodie crown these days? Is it enough to know your Koffman from your Carluccio, or even your Roux from your roux?

The poll, commissioned by restaurant app and website Zomato, found 55 per cent of those aged 25-34 said food is one of the “most important” aspects of their lifestyle, so as the season of gluttony masquerading as Christmas approaches, use our quiz to find out if you are indeed a true foodie…
