These adorable iPhone cases help keep stress at bay

Hold the phone. This might just be the best thing we’ve seen on the internet in a while.

Taking a cutsey approach to stress relief,  Korean brand Casepub have launched these stress-busting iPhone cases featuring a silicone animal character that you can squash to your heart’s content… it’s the modern day stress ball.

While the stress ball technique may seem a little dated today, the science behind its effectiveness still stands. When stress hits, our bodies become tense and we subconsciously clench our muscles; enter the stress ball to help us to release that tension.

Speaking to the Huffington Post, stress expert and author of Is Work Killing You?: A Doctor’s Prescription for Treating Workplace Stress, Dr. David Posen explained that “the benefit of squeezing is that it releases some kind of energy — it also induces you to relax.”
