It was only on Monday that Kate Hudson dazzled on the red carpet at the British Fashion Awards. But the actress aimed to a keep a much lower profile a few day later, as she strolled through North London with her partner, Matt Bellamy

Dressed in a matching tracksuit bottom trousers, the actress donned a pair of sunglassses and a simple trench coat whilst filming Bellamy - complete with a Tesco bag over his head - on her iPhone.

The couple are presumably still in town following the glittering fashion awards ceremony on Monday. Hudson presented designer and longtime friend Stella McCartney with the Red Carpet Designer of the Year award.

In her speech presenting the award, Hudson commented, "Stella dressed me for my first red carpet event in 2001 for the Academy Awards [...] I woke up the next morning post awards to find out that I was on every Worst Dressed list possible. I called Stella and we just laughed our asses off and she said to me, 'Look babe, it was the hair wasn't it?' "
