The Cambridges have only been in New Zealand for a few days, but they've already provided us with some brilliant snapshots of life on the royal tour.
Take for instance Kate's sorry-not-sorry victory face after thrashing her husband in a yacht race in Auckland Harbour:
When a crew mate of Prince William remarked how happy his wife looked to have beaten him he joked, "I bet she is. Selfless husband. I wanted a quiet night."
Does she want everyone to stop talking about her success on the waves? Doubtful.
We appreciate Kate's choice of nautical stripes for the event and it seems she's keen to tailor her outfits to each day's theme - take for instance the glamorous Virgin air hostess look she sported on the flight over:
She appears to be quite daunted by the traditional Maori honga greeting:
The Duchess seems to appreciate this Maori warrior's flesh-baring dance kilt. “It was super,” she said of the Maoris’ martial arts display.
Prince George looks unimpressed with the smell of Kate's shampoo:
Wine glass in hand and wearing a flattering dazzling Jenny Packham LBD, complete with hand-stitched silver fern on the shoulder to honour New Zealand's national symbol, Catherine jokes with artist Nick Cuthell after her and William unveiled this portrait of his grandma.
