Gisele says goodbye to the catwalk and Reese gets a proposal; the greatest A-list Instagrams of the week

Gisele Bundchen has quit the catwalk and reminded us why she has had such a stellar career by sharing a picture of her 14-year-old self on Instagram.

Cara Delevingne, Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, Miley Cyrus and Ryan Reynolds also treated us to a rare glimpse of their younger selves. Cara's moody black and white shot of her as a youngster hints at her model credentials, while Cheryl's famous dimples are evident in the cute photobooth snap of her as a toddler with her mum.

As well as nostalgic baby snaps, Shakira introduced her newborn son Sasha, while Katie Holmes posted an adorable image of her playing fancy dress with Suri.

The stars were keen to show off their new jewels, with Rihanna boasting a sparkly lip ring, while Jennifer Lopez loaded up on ice from Effy. Nicky Minaj sparked rumours of an engagement with her giant new rock - while Cheryl's absent wedding ring appeared to worry some fans.

Meanwhile, Madonna showed she wasn't letting the Drake kiss incident drop today in a loaded message accompanying a vintage snap of Andy Warhol and Keith Haring.

Here's our pick of the best Instagram pictures of the week.
