The Help picks up Golden Globe nominations in two categories and Ryan Gosling could be a double winner too...

The announcement of the 69th Golden Globe nominees today reminded us that red carpet season is just around the corner. At a ceremony in Hollywood the full list was revealed by Woody Harrelson and Sofia Vergara before the ceremony which takes place on Sunday January 15, 2012. The Golden Globes are always seen as an accurate predictor for the Oscars so we think the cast of The Help (second picture above) better start practising their acceptance speeches. Ricky Gervais will be hosting the show for the third year so the A-list will be bracing themselves for more near-the-knuckle jokes. And the nominees are…
