How to survive a broken heart: advice from the A-listers

Relationship break-downs really can hit hard, something we're reminded of once again with news of Gwyneth Paltrow's "conscious uncoupling" this week. When the chips are down and we've lost the one person who mattered, it feels like all we really want to do is curl up in a duvet and eat our body weight in Doritos or knock back copious amounts of wine and slur along to Eric Carmen lyrics, Bridget Jones-style.
