Jane Fonda has shared her lovemaking tips for older women, citing flexibility, good health and feeling good about yourself as key components to a happy sex life.
The actress, former fashion model and fitness guru said, "If you want sex, you have to stay flexible, you have to stay healthy, and you have to feel OK about yourself."
Speaking at the 30th anniversary of Shape magazine - the cover of which Fonda graced in September 1987 - the 71-year-old added, "You have to want sex, and many people don’t. That’s just fine."
Fonda, who has been married three times, has attributed her youthful looks to a healthy sex life in the past, saying ""How do I still look good? I owe 30 per cent to my genes, 30 per cent good sex, 30 per cent are because of sports and healthy lifestyle with proper nutrition and for the remaining ten per cent I've to thank my plastic surgeon."
