Jennifer Lawrence proves she’s a badass dog mama when man grabs at her pet

Any dog owner will tell you, in no uncertain terms, that strangers should never, ever touch their beloved pooches without asking for permission first. And one member of the paparazzi learned that the hard way when he reached in to grab at Jennifer Lawrence’s Chihuahua-cross, Pippi.

Or, to use her full name, Pippi Lawrence-Stocking.

The Oscar-winning actor and her pup were greeted by a mob of photographers as they attempted to exit LAX Airport.

Crowding around Lawrence, the press hurled questions in her direction – generally focusing on the fact that, a few weeks ago, the private plane that the Silver Linings Playbook star was taking to visit her hometown of Louisville, Kentucky had been forced to make an emergency landing.

“Have you been scared off flying private for good?” one asked.

Lawrence, used to the pressures of the press, kept her head down and continued to walk – but, when the pap reached down to touch her dog, the mood changed very quickly.

“Don’t touch my dog, you f**king loser,” snapped Lawrence, before scooping Pippi into her arms and climbing into a waiting car.

TMZ, seemingly proud of the interaction, shared a video of their photographer’s encounter with Lawrence and Pippi on their Twitter page.

And, while some people accused the actor of people “rude”, it seems as if almost e-v-e-r-y-o-n-e on the internet is on J-Law’s side.

Top tip, everyone? Keep your hands to yourself, at all times.

And, if you really want to cuddle the pooch of a famous actor, maybe 1) ask her permission, and 2) do so before shouting out questions about a frightening aeroplane incident, yeah?
