Kate Moss turns 40

Trend-setter, art muse, and national icon – in 25 years, Kate Moss has catapulted from the 14-year-old girl from Croydon scouted at JFK airport to one of the most influential British models of all time. And on her 40th birthday she's still turning heads. In celebration of this, we remember the moments that define her brilliance, whether it's standing in a Topshop window, posing for a portrait by Lucian Freud, or reading 50 Shades of Grey to the nation on a breakfast show.
