Keira Knightley is engaged to her boyfriend, Klaxons star James Righton, her publicist announced today (25 May).
The actress' rep Sara Keene confirmed the couple are planning to get married but gave no further details of their wedding plans or the proposal.
Keira, 27 and 28-year-old James, started dating early last year after being introduced by their mutual friend Alexa Chung.
They moved in together earlier this year although - as with all of the star's previous relationships - they maintain a low profile and are rarely pictured together in public. James is the keyboard player for London-based indie band Klaxons.
Oscar-nominated actress Keira previously dated actors Jamie Dornan and Rupert Friend - the later for five years to January 2011.
One of Hollywood's most profitable and versatile talents, she is due to play Anna Karenina in a big-screen adaption of Leo Tolstoy's classic novel out this November.
