The A-list Instagrams of the week: pregnancies, throwbacks and plenty of beaches

The dawn of a new year is clearly getting the stars nostalgic, with plenty of throwback pictures – including a childhood snap, Cindy Crawford harking back to 1994, Lena Dunham and her Girls at the start of their TV journey and Mariah Carey getting misty-eyed over, erm, last Christmas.

There have been a couple of pregnancy announcements too. Bar Rafaeli kicked off the New Year celebrations by announcing she is expecting her first child with husband Adi Ezra, while Anne Hathaway made good use of filters for her baby bump.

Meanwhile, it's holidays galore as the rich and famous hit the beaches and the slopes to get over any January blues.

Head this way to see all the best celebrity moments from 2016 so far.
