Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, the famous twins whose CVs are littered with titles that include style icon, actor, entrepreneur and fashion designer, can now add US Vogue's 'best dressed' to their list of accolades.

Though the Olsen girls grace the cover of US Vogue's annual best dressed issue, the sisters, who rose to fame as child stars, are no strangers to best dressed lists. Famed for their daring, eclectic fashion choices, their hugely successful fashion label, The Row, is well-loved by the fashion cognoscenti.

Whereas last year's cover star was the actress Blake Lively, this issue has put the spotlight on siblings. "It's been a year of sisters, most famously with Catherine and Pippa Middleton," Mark Holgate, US Vogue Fashion News Director and Editor of the best dressed issue, told Reuters. Other sister combos that made the prestigious list include Beyonce and Solange Knowles and the French Courtin-Clarin foursome, granddaughters of Clarins cosmetics company founder, Jacques Courtin-Clarin.

The issue hits newsstands next week.
