Scarlett Johansson dating British rocker

Who can resist an indie boy? Certainly not Scarlett Johansson - apparently...

With bona fide Hollywood A-listers like Ryan Reynolds, Sean Penn and Bradley Cooper in her little black book (not to mention rumoured flings with Emma Stone’s ex Keiran Culkin and Inception star Joseph Gordon Levvitt), we were somewhat puzzled to hear that Scarlett Johansson’s latest squeeze comes in the form of relatively unknown Brit indie rocker, Dan White.

The Hollywood star is rumoured to have been dating the hirsute guitarist of indie four-piece Tribes since they met at a club night in London, where she has been staying whilst filming her new sci-fi movie Under the Skin.

A friend of the guitarist told The Sunday Mirror that the two "got on like a house on fire" and Scarlett was a big fan of the Camden band.

"There was an instant connection. They've been seeing each other for a good few weeks. Dan's proper happy about it and what guy wouldn't be? He already thinks the world of Scarlett."

Johansson’s been hitting the dating scene hard since divorcing from Ryan Reynolds back in July (no, we don’t know where she finds the energy either), and this newest fling comes to light just after engagement rumours between Reynolds and Blake Lively surfaced last week.
