Worrying about what's on show, hands where they shouldn't be, or even hands where they should be. The idea of taking off all your clothes in front of a crew full of people, feeling up a co-star you may have only met days before and a camera lens recording every moment must be something of a daunting task for even the most attention-seeking of stars, but sex scenes are unavoidable in many movies.

So what really goes on behind the scenes of a passionate moment on film? Surely there must be some upside getting into bed with Ryan Gosling?
