Water For Elephants premiere

Reese Witherspoon and Robert Pattinson hit the red carpet at the premiere of their new movie Water for Elephants in New York last night (17 April).

Based on the historical novel of the same name by Sara Gruen, Water For Elephants is a love story set in the time of the American Great Depression. Pattinson plays the role of vetinery student Jacob Jankowski, who ends up travelling with the circus and is put in charge of caring for the animals. While working he falls for Marlena, a horse-riding star, played by Witherspoon.
