This week, we were thrilled to host a web chat with Nigella Lawson, to celebrate her takeover of Stylist magazine for our special collectors' edition issue.

The web chat has now closed but you can see all the questions posed to Nigella and her answers in the transcript, below.

With a string of best-selling cookery books and hit BBC TV shows to her name, Nigella needs little introduction.

The food writer is serving up a special edition of Stylist this week (6 -13 December) as she takes to the helm of the magazine as our guest editor.

Treats whipped up by the Nigella Kitchen star in the one-off edition include an in-depth look at her love affair with salted caramel (click here for the exclusive recipes), delicious croquetas cooked with Miriam González Durántez, and Nigella's Style List, featuring all of her favourite foodie gadgets and accessories.

And as if that wasn't enough to tickle your taste buds, Nigella is also joining us live for the web chat this Thursday, where the person who asks the best question (as selected by her) will win a signed copy of Nigella Christmas.

This online discussion has finished, but you can read all Nigella's tips and recipe advice below.
