Stylist were thrilled to be joined online for a live web chat special with the extremely glamorous Dita Von Teese recently.

As an international style icon and queen of burlesque, Dita needs little introduction. She is currently in London to launch Cointreau Privé, the capital's most exclusive speakeasy opening.

The guest-list only cocktail lounge is open for a three-week period only from 30 November and promises the ultimate in decadent drinking and dining, with French mystique and illicit entertainment.

As Cointreau's super-chic global brand ambassador, Dita will be opening the launch with an exclusive UK performance, the be cointreauversial show, on 29 November.

The burlesque star oversaw the creation of the venue’s restaurant menu and collaborated on a schedule of top DJs provided by entertainment partners Jalouse.

"My close friend Fiona Leahy is overseeing all the decor and aesthetics, she also organized my wedding, and is a close friend who knows my world and how to recreate the kinds of things I have in my home and the things I love to be surrounded by," Dita told Stylist about the design of the speakeasy, in a recent exclusive interview.

The web chat has now closed, however you can still read all the questions and Dita's answers below.

Cointreau Privé is housed at 215 Piccadilly, London, and is open between 30 November and 17 December.
