X Factor band forced to change name

X Factor hopefuls Rhythmix are to change their name following a Facebook campaign by a charity with the same name.

Charitable organisation Rhythmix - which works with young people to produce music - wrote an open letter to Simon Cowell on Facebook yesterday morning, arguing that Syco, his company that produces The X Factor, chose to persue the trademark of the Rhythmix name, despite being aware of the charity's existence.

In the letter, the charity's Chief Executive, Mark Davyd, states, "By pursuing these trademarks Simco is forcing the Charity to take legal action to ensure it can continue to exist and offer opportunities to young people to create and perform their own music. Maybe those young people won't be on your programmes, or your record label, but the music they create is important to them." Davyd closes with, "Simon, we are personally asking you to sort this problem out in the quickest and simplest way: Just change the name."

Syco responded to the campaign by releasing a statement last night stating, ""At the request of the charity Rhythmix, the members of the girl group Rhythmix have decided to change their name, a decision which has the support of Syco and TalkbackTHAMES. The group's new name will be announced in due course."

Which just leaves the question - what name will the four girls take? Suggestions below, please...
