Baftas 2013: the winners

It was a night of drama and emotion at the 2013 Baftas, as the London ceremony honoured the very best in cinema over the past year. Political drama Argo was the big winner of the night, scooping best film and best director for Ben Affleck, who paid tribute to his tearful wife Jennifer Garner watching from the audience. Bond drama Skyfall landed its first major gong of the awards season for outstanding British film. Over in the acting category, French star Emmanuelle Riva triumphed for her performance in Amour and Anne Hathaway won best supporting actress for Les Mis, while bookies' favourite Daniel Day-Lewis followed through on predictions with a best actor win for presidential biopic Lincoln. Take a look at who won what in all the major categories below, or click here to check out all the latest looks on the Bafta red carpet.
