We were recently joined for a lunchtime masterclass with Alex Sibille, founder of bespoke business agency The Future Factory.
Alex graduated from University College London in 2004 with a BA in French and Italian. Following her degree she launched a ski holiday business with operations in Les Menuires and Val Thorens. Following two successful years Alex sold the business.
In 2006, Alex joined Never Ever Limited, a company which specialises in setting up and growing businesses from scratch.
Alex then moved to Inside Consultants, heading up the company as Managing Director. She spent two and a half years growing the company before her entrepreneurial spirit flared up again.
In August this year, Alex established The Future Factory, a bespoke new business agency. Five months in and Alex has a team of seven working for her. The Future Factory works with creative agencies, helping them identify business growth opportunities, and giving them the opportunity to pitch their work to dream clients.
The Future Factory has close relationships with all of its customers and its consultants work in clients' offices on a weekly basis, to ensure they get a true feel for the ethos and ambitions of each agency.
