Julia has six years of showbiz journalism experience.
She studied English Literature at the University of Birmingham and was accepted into the Express Newspapers graduate scheme after gaining a postgraduate journalism diploma at the London College of Communications.
After a couple of years Julia was then made deputy online editor of OK! magazine online. In June 2011 she moved on to be editor of omg!, Yahoo!'s home for celebrity and entertainment news.
Whilst working for Ok.co.uk, Julia played a key role in OK! online’s market-leading social networking strategy – helping take Twitter followers up to 150,000 in just one year, through innovative and creative techniques. She is a self-confessed Facebook fiend and Twitaholic.
Julia's favourite and biggest interview to date was with actor Bradley Cooper, although meeting Sir Alex Ferguson was up there too. She lives in north London with her husband, who is a comedy TV producer.
