This week's lunchtime masterclass is with Katy B, singer-songwriter and ambassador for Nike Training Club Live.
Katy - born Kathleen Anne Brien - was born in Peckham, South London.
A graduate of the BRIT school, she released her first single - Katy on a Mission - in 2010, to critical acclaim. Her debut album, On a Mission, followed, and this year the third single from it, Broken Record, won best dance floor anthem at the NME awards. Her music encompasses dubstep, R&B, funky, house and UK garage.
Katy is also the face of Nike Training Club Live event, which is challenging women to #makeitcount by taking part in live training sessions across the UK.
Those who rack up the most minutes will win tickets to the Nike Training Club Live Festival on 7 July in London, a unique celebration of sport and music with performances from Katy B, NTC Live Classes, guest DJs, one-to-one training sessions and massages.
