If you’re a travel addict, you’ve probably always assumed that working hard to save money is how you’re going to afford your dream holiday.

But what if we told you that someone out there is willing to pay you a cool £8,000 a month to travel the world and stay in “multi-million dollar luxury vacation homes” – plus travel expenses?

Oh yes, we’re deadly serious.

Dubbed “the best job on the planet” (and for good reason), there’s no denying that the contracted position has some pretty incredibly perks, including the fact that you’re allowed to take a travel companion along with you.

However, as you’d expect, 3rd Home are not looking to hire just anybody.

To be in with a chance of getting the gig, you will need…

  • The ability to understand and appreciate luxury
  • Blogging and/or vlogging experience
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Experience with international travel
  • The ability to travel for three months (from late summer through to the end of autum)

There are also a few niggly admin details to consider: you must be over the age of 18, equipped with a valid passport, visa, and driver’s license, and a have zero offences on your criminal record.

If you think you’ve got what it takes, then you need to send a one-minute video to 3rd Home (bestjobontheplanet@thirdhome.com) telling them why you are the best candidate for the job.

And you better be quick about it, too: the deadline is 30 March 2017.

We'd wish you good luck, but, being as you'll probably be our direct competition for this one, we'll settle for a meaningful glare across the internet instead…
