Listen to a TED talk
Strictly speaking, a TED talk is slated to last 18 minutes, but if you start one as you’re applying your mask, you’re going to get through it all (the mask can be applied for up to 30 minutes anyway).

Get some head space

Headspace offers short guided mediation sessions, or try The Mindful Podcast – the free episodes are filled with 5 or 10 minute mindful practices addressing topics such as gratitude and negative habits.
