It ain’t easy, being a Hadid. Oh sure, growing up in a Beverley Hills mansion is nice, as are the million-dollar modelling contracts and the sprawling “squad” of Hollywood celebrity pals.

But being part of the international jet set inevitably has its pitfalls. Namely: tired skin and dark under-eye circles. (Well, all that travelling from catwalk show to shoot location will take a toll on a girl’s complexion.)

Luckily for her, Bella Hadid has learned how to conceal the effects of jet lag on her skin. And luckily for us, she’s shared her beauty secrets in a brand-new video. Because while we might not share the new face of Calvin Klein’s glitzy lifestyle, most of us have experienced the dreaded Plane Face – or, at the very least, succumbed to one too many late nights.

In the video for Vogue, Hadid the Younger demonstrates her jet lag make-up routine. Cheeringly, it’s not too ostentatious: while it involve a lot of pricey Dior products (unsurprising, as the model was announced as the face of Dior Beauty earlier this year), the key weapon in her arsenal is a trusty old BeautyBlender.

First, Hadid taps a creamy concealer under her eyes, over her chin, nose, and forehead, before blending it with the sponge.

Next comes some basic contouring using a Dior Light and Contour stick, which Hadid blends under her cheekbones and along her jawline “for a little definition” – again with the BeautyBlender – before applying a sweep of this powder highlighter.

Eye-wise, the model keeps things relatively simple, using eyebrow pencil, lash primer, mascara, and a little gold eyeshadow from this Dior 5 Couleurs palette. Finally, she slicks on some clear lip gloss and whacks her hair up into a bun – and she’s good to go.
