Charlotte Tilbury’s new Hot Lips 2 collection is inspired by 11 women and men, including Amal Clooney, Jennifer Aniston and Kylie Minogue.

We’ve seen lipsticks inspired by supermodels, actors and singers, but now Charlotte Tilbury has lifted the cloak off its most exciting collaboration yet: a lipstick inspired by renowned author JK Rowling.

The peachy nude-rose shade, called JK Magic, comes in the brand’s iconic K.I.S.S.I.N.G formula, a sheer-but-buildable lipstick that feels as comfortable as Gryffindor robes fresh from Diagon Alley. It is also refillable and comes in enchanting black and gold packaging decorated with shooting stars and crescent moons.

Tilbury, who has worked with the Harry Potter author for years, developed the shade from the two lipsticks she uses on Rowling the most: Pillow Talk and Bitch Perfect.

“This shade complements her flawless complexion and beautiful, piercing blue eyes,” says Tilbury.

JK Magic is part of the brand’s Hot Lips 2 lipstick collection, 11 shades inspired by 11 game-changing women and men, including Jennifer Aniston, Amal Clooney and Susan Sarandon. The range also launches alongside Tilbury’s £1 million pledge to charity Women for Women International.

Here, we run through the rest of the magical Hot Lips 2 collection. Accio, lipsticks.

And this is an iconic, statement red lip! It’s instant glamour in a tube!! It instantly brightens and pulls an outfit together.”
