From Valentino to Hollywood Costume, we’ve had plenty of fashion exhibitions to choose from this Autumn/Winter. But now beauty junkies are in for a treat – as a retrospective celebrating 80 years of iconic beauty brand Revlon hits London next week.

Curated by Ryan Lanji, Enamoured: 80 Years of Revlon will celebrate eight decades of the brand’s history, from their own ground-breaking innovations to how wider changes in society affected women and their beauty routine.

Featuring artefacts sourced from Revlon’s archives, the exhibition will tell how founder Charles Revson built up the Revlon empire, but a group of London’s creative will also feature with their own homages to the beauty brand – from portrait painter Lorna May Wadsworth, and Revlon’s UK Nail Ambassador, Jenny Longworth, to Alex Noble (who has designed for Lady Gaga and Florence Welsh), fashion illustrator Spiros Halaris, and filmmaker Nicola Saint.

Running for a few days only at the London Film Museum from the 30th November – 2nd December, you’ll have to be quick to catch the exhibition – but if you can’t make it, we’ve got a couple of vintage advertisements from the retrospective for you to take a look at:
