Girl power had a marked stamp on last night’s BRIT Awards at the o2 arena – and we couldn’t get enough of the brilliant fashion and beauty looks that were shown off on the red carpet.

From Jade Thirlwall thanking her Little Mix sisters in her first solo BRIT Award acceptance speech to Charli XCX bidding that we all “free the nipple,” it was a night rooted in sisterhood, friendship and allyship.

Of the bands in attendance, from the Sugababes to FLO and The Last Dinner Party, we spotted an emerging trend – the bob is back. Though Sabrina Carpenter may have kicked off the night with her most fun performance yet and hair for days – and the likes of Charli XCX and Jade Thirlwall were seen sporting princess-inspired locks – it was styled bobs that caught our attention on the red carpet. Some of Stylist’s favourite looks included sleek, styled haircuts that showed just how elegant the bob can be.
