Brumfitt on the left when she was competing in a body building competition and then when she was feeling unhappy with her body. Neither made her feel good about herself.

Her aim is to prevent this and allow women to celebrate their different shapes and diversity without feeling ashamed of their bodies.

The documentary will focus on four areas:

Brumfitt's story - how she went from feeling ugly to beautiful, and even ended up posing nude
How body loathing has become a global epidemic - this will look at the sexualisation of women in the media and how it makes women feel unworthy
Another aspect of the documentary will show inspiring women who have overcome hardship and adversity, who enjoy life despite substantial changes to their bodies
It will also feature the Sydney Skinny – The World’s largest nude ocean swim which is dedicated to helping people to "drown" their body image issues by getting them to reconnect with their sense of adventure
