When it comes to hair styling, I find that people often fall into two camps: those who can recreate that bouncy salon blow dry at home and those who… can’t. I fall into the latter category.

Despite having interviewed hundreds of hairdressers over the years, there’s something about the angle of a round brush, the weight of a hairdryer and the patience of a saint that means I simply cannot recreate a professional-looking blow dry at home.
