The first free, premium weekly magazine for women in the UK, Stylist has rapidly become a media phenomenon since its launch in October 2009.

A staple of every woman’s beauty arsenal, the winning cleanser should genuinely stand out in its ability to truly clear the skin.

BEST FACE EXFOLIATOR

Judges will be looking for exfoliating scrubs with a difference, those that effectively remove dead skin cells without harming the surface of the skin.

BEST DAY CREAM

BEST LUXURY DAY CREAM

The winning products will demonstrate a real point of difference in the market, leaving judges with a sense of quality, value and efficacy.

BEST ANTI-AGER

BEST LUXURY ANTI-AGER

To stand out in this category, products should show a commitment to technology and provide impressive, tangible results.

BEST EYE CREAM

BEST LUXURY EYE CREAM

Gel, lotion or serums, the winning eye product should combat a variety of eye concerns – from fine lines to puffiness.

BEST NIGHT TREATMENT

BEST LUXURY NIGHT TREATMENT

The winning night treatments will need to wow the judges by offering a hit of overnight, intensive nourishment.

BEST BODY LOTION

BEST LUXURY BODY LOTION

To stand out from the crowd, the winning products will need to enrich and soften the skin and provide effective, long-lasting hydration.

BEST BODY SCRUB

BEST LUXURY BODY SCRUB

The judges will be looking for the best skin-smoothing scrub, which is a pleasure to use and leaves skin gleaming.

BEST SUN PROTECTION

BEST LUXURY SUN PROTECTION

From SPF to texture and fragrance, the winners of these categories will show their protection is unbeatable.

BEST SELF-TAN

BEST LUXURY SELF-TAN

The formulas that give an even, realistic colour and provide ease of application will be contenders for this category.

NEW AWARD!

BEST FACIAL TREATMENT

This new category celebrates life-changing facials that not only remedy any skincare woes, but provide an all-round intensive skincare experience. They must have been developed in the last two years.

The criteria for entry

The luxury categories are eligible to products priced £20 and over
All other categories are eligible to products priced £19.99 and under
All products must have been launched since 1 May 2011 and be on sale in the UK now

Stylist's special awards criteria for entry

The winners of these categories are selected by the expert judges from all of the other entries, and therefore do not need to be entered separately.

LAUNCH OF THE YEAR

LUXURY LAUNCH OF THE YEAR

The winners of this category will be the most innovative and exciting skincare products to launch in the last 12 months.

BEST CLASSIC BUY

The winner of this category will be the ultimate skincare essential, in which our judges trust time and again. It can either be luxury or non-luxury but unlike the other categories, will have launched longer than two years ago.

How to enter the Stylist Skincare Awards

There are 21 categories for you to enter – with a further three honorary awards, the winners of which will be decided by the Stylist beauty team and a panel of expert judges.

IMPORTANT: Each product must be less than two years old to qualify as a new launch.

All entries to the Stylist Skincare Awards must be received, by post, no later than 31 MAY 2013

First, decide which category your product is to be entered into. See above for the full list of judging criteria.
Then, download an entry form by scrolling down to the bottom of this article and downloading the PDF document attached. Print it out and fill in the details. Please also include the official press release.
Include one product for each entry along with your entry form, the official press release and any other supporting material together in the entry pack.
For the new facials category, please include details and a press release for the relevant treatment ensuring that it is less than two years old.

If your product is shortlisted, the Stylist beauty team will contact you to request three more samples for our judges to test.
