Summer Fridays’ Jet Lag Mask is launching this side of the pond. Here’s what you need to know.
Forget trawling the shops, these days it’s Instagram where we discover the best new beauty products. Chances are, if you’re a dedicated scroller, there’s a new brand you may have spotted of late. Housed in a photogenic blue tube, the Summer Fridays Jet Lag Mask is slowly but surely dominating our feed.
The brainchild of beauty influencers Marianna Hewitt and Lauren Gores, Summer Fridays launched earlier this year with just one product, and it’s already gained cult status.
When the Jet Lag Mask dropped on Sephora back in March it sold out multiple times over, and since then it’s had the seal of approval from both Kim Kardashian and Jessica Alba.
Best of all, it will shortly be available in the UK with the brand arriving at Cult Beauty on Tuesday.
As the name suggests, this mask is ideal for post-plane complexions but it’s also great for generally parched or stressed-out skin. Crafted from green, vegan ingredients including antioxidants such as vitamin C, chestnut extract for natural exfoliation, green tea, ceramides and niacinamide (a natural Vitamin B3), the super hydrating formula will leave skin dewy and glowing in just twenty minutes.
While it’s primarily a mask, Hewitt and Gores suggest that it can also be used as a moisture-boosting make-up primer, or as an intense overnight treatment.
If you want to grab your hands on one, you better move fast. The product lands on Cult Beauty on Tuesday, and you can put your name on the waitlist now.
Summer Fridays’ Jet Lag Mask costs £42 and is available to purchase on CultBeauty.co.uk
