What do you think is the most complimentary colour shadow to wear to make brown eyes look a little more interesting and not so dark?

The best eyeshadow for brown eyes is purple I think! It's also great as it's such a pretty wearable colour.

I'm terrible at applying blusher. I've tried everything from powders to creams, and I use a big brush as everyone says to get a more natural glow, but it always appears patchy or makes me look out of breath from running up a flight of stairs! Any tips you have would be great.

Applying blusher is one of those things that is easy to do as soon as you know how, I would suggest watching one of my video tutorials as I apply blush in all of them - and it will be easier to explain on video than it is to explain in text form! Here is my latest tutorial.

Clinique do a great bronzer for blondes, it is really light and I am pretty sure it's about £20.

What do you use to clean your make brushes? And also I am looking to invest in some mac brushes, can you recommend the best ones to get?

I use the MAC brush cleanser and I think the best MAC eye brushes are the 217, 239 and 266

What's your best solution for under-eye bags? Literally nothing I uses works... is it really worth a big investment in order to get it right?

I swear by the Bobbi Brown Correctors for covering under eye circles, go to a BB counter and they will help you.

What is the best volumising mascara?

Don't panic! There won't be a sudden difference in your skin just because you are a year older. Just make sure you are using really hydrating serums and moisturisers - I would highly recommend Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair. For makeup, use a tinted moisturiser rather than foundation for a glowing youthful look.
