After posting a few of the funniest photos he found during his house search to Facebook, he started a tumblr detailing the best pictures he'd found. From estate agents around the world, from the UK to Kazakhstan, there was no let up on the terrible photos he chanced upon.

The site went viral when it went live in late 2013, with housebuyers tickled by similar experiences and fellow estate agents keen to take a sideways look at their profession. A book featuring the most terrible estate agent photos - combining some of the best photos on the blog with new photos Andy has found - will be released this September.
