The top 10 bestselling eBooks of 2015 have been revealed and, brilliantly, they were all written by women.

The report into the UK's reading habits, compiled by eReading company Kobo, revealed that 2015 has been a bumper year for female authors, with eight out of the top ten books being penned by British women. This shows a huge increase on last year, when only four of the top ten books were written by female authors.

The report also showed a trend for strong female protagonists, with a large number of the top books featuring strong, independent female characters.

See below for the top list of eBooks this year.
