Get your hands on £311 worth of luxury products for just £100 with Stylist’s first-ever Christmas beauty box

When it comes to beauty, separating the wheat from the chaff can be tricky. With legions of products on offer, it’s hard to know where to find the perfect joy-inducing item – especially if you’re buying for someone else. In a bid to solve this very dilemma, Stylist has teamed up with LookFantastic to curate a limited-edition 12 Days Of Christmas beauty box compiled especially for festive gifting – and it’s on sale today.

Packed with 13 sought-after items (yes, we’ve thrown in an extra one – ’tis the season of goodwill, after all), from hardworking haircare to cult skincare, they all share one key trait – Stylist’s beauty director Shannon Peter’s tick of approval. “I plan on lighting Rituals’ calming The Ritual of Ayurveda candle, twizzling my hair in Grow Gorgeous’ creamy hair mask and slathering my face in Oskia’s Brightening Renaissance Mask at the earliest opportunity,” says Shannon. And when socialising calls, there’s lots to play with, too. “One spritz of Viktor & Rolf’s Flowerbomb fragrance and I’m set for any occasion,” says Stylist Loves writer Kiran Meeda. “Its pungent notes of fruity bergamot mixed with sweet jasmine leave me smelling amazing all night long.” Meanwhile, Stylist Loves editor Gemma Crisp is a longtime fan of Too Faced’s Better Than Sex mascara. And there are plenty more goodies to discover too, all with a combined value of more than £311. Whether you’re buying for yourself or your mum/sister/girlfriend, hurry – these boxes of beauty joy won’t stick around forever. £100, LookFantastic

“The Best Thing I’ve Ever Bought”
Stylist Loves’ new deputy editor Annie Simpson shares the one thing that brings her immense joy

“When the world shut down at the beginning of 2020, one thing I quickly had to adjust to was living without my morning takeaway coffee. I do realise that this may sound fickle in the grand scheme of things, but life’s all about simple pleasures, right? And without a commute or daily meetings, my days were suddenly coffee shop-free. The solution was of course to make my own coffee at home. Though this was made trickier by the fact that I was living in Hong Kong at the time with a kitchen hardly big enough to fit one person, let alone having the surface area for a coffee machine. The answer? The Bialetti Moka Express Hob Espresso Maker

Though I didn’t initially have high hopes, it soon transformed my mornings. Not only was I no longer spending a small fortune on takeaways, but the simple act of making it quickly became a soothing ritual that made early Zoom calls immeasurably more bearable. When I feel like being fancy, I even use a hand-held milk frother to whip up a latte – a routine that my rescue pup Twiggy also finds joy in, as she inevitably gets treated to any leftover milk. The Bialetti’s compact size – I bought the one-cup option as my boyfriend doesn’t drink coffee – meant that there was no way it was getting left behind when we relocated back to the UK in May. While the majority of our possessions got shipped or given away, it took pride of place in my hand luggage to ensure I’d always have my caffeine fix.” From £20, John Lewis
