Ingredients:

 - 125ml champagne/prosecco

- 15ml Chambord

 - berry for garnish

Method

Pour your choice of bubbly into a coupe glass, add a generous splash of Chambord, stir and garnish with a berry.

The Margarita

This one’s a tongue-tingling Christmas crowd pleaser.

Ingredients:

- 15ml triple sec

 - 20ml lime juice

- 25ml Chambord

- 25ml tequila

 - lime for garnish

Method: 

Add all ingredients to an ice-filled shaker and mix well. Strain into a margarita glass and serve with a salt rim and lime garnish if you wish.

The French Martini

Ingredients:

 - 20ml Chambord

 - 40ml vodka

 - 60ml pineapple juice

Method: 

Add Chambord, vodka, pineapple juice and ice to a shaker and get shaking. Strain into a martini glass and enjoy.
