TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ONLINE EVENT BOOKING

These terms and conditions apply to bookings for any events organised by Stylist Group Ltd(the owner of Stylist Magazine (“us” or “we”).

1. BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION

1.1 All ticket holders and attendees must be over 18.

1.2 Guests may purchase 1 ticket per transaction.

1.3 Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

1.4 Please ensure that your device is set up and you are logged into MyStylist and click through to My Events at least 10 minutes before the event is due to begin.

1.5 VIP tickets are only available to UK residents. Those who purchase tickets and do not have a UK address will not be able to redeem VIP gifts as advertised. All tickets are non-refundable.

1.6 VIP gifts are available to redeem online from 9am Saturday 14 November to 11.59pm Sunday 15 November with the unique reference code provided in your confirmation email. Any products/services not redeemed during these times will not be made available at an alternate date or time.

1.7 Details on how to redeem VIP gifts will be made available at the start of the event at 9am on Saturday 14 November once logged in.

1.8 Stylist is not responsible for the fulfilment of any third-party VIP gifts.

1.9 We will only use your personal data for the purposes of registering you as an attendee of the event and, where applicable, for the purposes of facilitating delivery of your VIP gifts. Where you have provided consent, Stylist may send you further marketing communications after the event. Your personal details will only be shared with our third-party suppliers of the VIP gifts and only for the purposes of delivering your VIP gifts to you. 1.10 This is a virtual event delivered over the Internet, and accordingly, is subject to limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of the internet and electronic communications. Stylist shall not be responsible for any delays, delivery failures, viruses, hacker intrusions or other damage resulting from such problems. Stylist cannot guarantee that the event will be secure, uninterrupted or error free.

2. FILMING, PHOTOGRAPHY AND SOCIAL MEDIA

We encourage attendees to use social media to share comments and thoughts in relation to the event and you may also share photographs on social media that you take of the event using your smartphone provided that you acknowledge they were taken at the event. We will make clear any portion of the event which must not be photographed. All other filming, photography, audio-recording or transmission of films, audio or photographs or live streaming is strictly prohibited. If you carry out any unauthorised filming, photography, audio recording or transmissions or live streaming then you may be asked to remove these from your platforms.

3. CHANGES TO EVENTS AND FORCE MAJEURE

3.1 We reserve the right to change (at our sole discretion) the format, speakers, participants, content, venue location or any other aspect of an event at any time and for any reason, whether or not due to force majeure. “Force majeure” shall include without limitation any event beyond our reasonable control and includes (without limitation) speaker or participant withdrawal, fire, flooding, a health scare, pandemic, disaster, venue damage or cancellation, supplier or contractor failure, failures of any public transport and industrial disputes.

3.2 We reserve the right to cancel or change the date for an event at any time for any reason. In the event of a cancellation or change of date of an event by us, our only liability will be to offer you the option of a full refund for your booking or (where possible) attendance at any rescheduled date for the event. Any refund will be paid to you or your organisation within 30 days after the date of notification of cancellation/change of date.

4. OUR LIABILITY

4.1 Subject to clause 3, to the fullest extent possible in law, we are not liable to you for any loss, delay, damage or other liability incurred by you or your property and/or arising from the event itself; cancellation of an event; change of venue or date; or any actions or omissions of our suppliers, contractors or other participants or speakers.

4.2 All warranties, conditions and other terms implied by law (whether by statute, common law or otherwise) are excluded from these terms and conditions.

4.3 We are not liable or responsible for the content of any presentation, speech, publication or performance by speakers or participants at our events unless such individuals are employees or representatives of us and participating in their capacity as our employee or representative.

5. MISCELLANEOUS

These terms and conditions (including in relation to any non-contractual obligations), as may be amended from time to time by us, are governed by English Law and the English courts have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising under these terms and conditions (including in relation to any non-contractual obligations).
